We accept cash, cheque and credit card. Please note that all payments must be made in advance, upon key handover.
Will you come to my house every other day (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri)?
Each of our services is to be provided maximum 24 hours apart. This means our service is offered on a consecutive day basis and cannot be arranged for every other day. On the other hand, it is possible to arrange for multiple visits in a day.
What time will you visit my cat?
Our operating hours are 9:00-17:00. We will arrange so that the visit will take place during the same hour slot (morning/early afternoon/late afternoon) for a daily visit service. Should you prefer the visit to take place outside our operating hours, please discuss during Meet & Greet. Special fees will apply for such visits.
Can you give medication to my cat?
Yes, please discuss details with KlubKitten during Meet & Greet. Please know that in some cases additional fees may apply.
Will you empty the mailbox and/or water my plant during your visit?
Yes, we can take care of small house maintenance such as these during our visit (extra fee may apply). Please specify and discuss with KlubKitten during Meet & Greet.
We had our Meet & Greet and I would love KlubKitten to look after my furball! But I could not hand over the key as the dates of my trip are still tentative. What shall I do?
Please reach out to us again once the dates are fixed. When the key handing does not take place during Meet & Greet, the extra visit for key handover will cost 15 Euro.
What if the stock of food runs out while I am away?
In the case the food stock runs out while your cat is under our care, KlubKitten will inform you of it and can make a trip to a store for a 30 Euro trip charge in addition to the cost of the food. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a specific brand/flavour of food, therefore we strongly advise that you ensure enough food stored at home before leaving.
My cat enjoys being outside/on the balcony. Will you let my cat out?
Due to safety concerns, KlubKitten strongly believes that cats should not be allowed to roam freely outside. If you insist that your cat should be let out during our service, please know that we cannot be held responsible for disease, accidents, injuries or disappearance of your cat.
My trip has been cancelled and I no longer need your service. What shall I do?
Please contact us for cancellation and to arrange for the key return. Please note that after Meet & Greet (i.e. key exchange) and before the sitting service has started, a flat cancellation fee of 30 Euro will be applied.
My flight back home was cancelled and I cannot come home on the originally expected date. Will you continue to see my cat?
Please contact us to guarantee the extended service. We will make sure your cat is safe until you come home.
My trip was shortened and as I am coming home tomorrow, I would like to cancel your services for the remaining days. What shall I do?
Please contact us for cancellation and to arrange for the key return. Once our service has started, the cancellation policy is as follows: If cancellation must occur, we will fully refund any future services that occur at the end of the following business day. For example, if you contact us on Tuesday that you will no longer need services from Wednesday through Friday, you will be fully refunded for the services on Thursday and Friday, but the service for Wednesday is fully charged even if you no longer wish us to visit your cat.
